HOLIDAY LETTINGS
Terms & Conditions


1. The premises are let to the tenant for holiday purposes only.

2. All payments are to be made in full before occupancy.

3. On confirmation of the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount payable is required to be paid to this office.

4. In the event of a cancellation, 90 days notice, prior to the commencement of letting, must be given to this office in writing, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited by the tenant.

5. The booking will be made in good faith by us, as the agent. However, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of an owner, as in changes to a property or cancellation of a property prior to occupancy. Should such a situation arise, every endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation.

6. Checkout time is 10.30am on the departure date unless alternative arrangements are confirmed with this office. If the key is not returned by 10.30am on the departure date, an extra days rental will be charged and possessions are liable to be removed and kept in storage at the tenants expense.

7. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum number of occupants stated in the Short Term Lease Agreement.

8. The tenant accepts responsibility for blockages in any septic system. The premises are served by a septic system. Please conserve water and don't place foreign objects in toilets.

9. The property must be left in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday letting or a charge will be made to the tenant for extra cleaning.

10. No pets are allowed.

11. It is the tenants responsibility that no person on the premises shall conduct themselves in any way that is a nuisance to adjoining occupants.

12. Garbage bin is to be put out when vacating premises.

13. No responsibility is taken for tenants property.

14. A 'Security Deposit' of $200 is payable on confirmation of booking. This amount will be refunded in full within 14 days of departure, provided all 'Terms & Conditions' are complied with.
